Dilnozaxon Kattaxonova, First Deputy Director of the Youth Affairs Agency, is expected to be appointed Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan and Chairwoman of the Family and Women’s Committee. A source in the government told QALAMPIR.UZ.
For reference, Dilnozaxon Kattaxonova was born on July 2, 1991, in the city of Qo‘qon. In 2014, she graduated with a bachelor’s degree from the National University of Uzbekistan named after Mirzo Ulugbek. In 2016-2017, she worked as chief specialist of the Department for Developing International Relations and Supporting Non-Governmental Non-Profit Organizations at the Women’s Committee of Uzbekistan.
On July 5, 2017, Kattaxonova was elected Deputy Chairwoman of the Central Council of the Youth Union of Uzbekistan at a meeting of the Republican Council on Youth Affairs. Since 2018, she has also been an independent researcher at the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
On July 10, 2020, Kattaxonova was appointed deputy director of the newly established Youth Affairs Agency of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Since December 20, 2023, she has served as First Deputy Director of the Youth Affairs Agency.
