Earthquake recorded in Bukhara region

An earthquake was recorded in Uzbekistan on March 26, according to the Republican Center for Seismic Prognostic Monitoring.

According to the report, the tremor occurred at 04:24 in Peshku district of Bukhara region. The epicenter was located 494 kilometers southwest of Tashkent. The earthquake had a magnitude of 3.7 and a depth of 15 kilometers. The coordinates of the epicenter were 40.59° north latitude and 63.4° east longitude.

Within Uzbekistan, the tremor was felt at an intensity of 3 points in Peshku district, located 1 kilometer from the epicenter.

It is worth noting that earlier, earthquakes were also felt in several districts of Samarkand and Jizzakh regions.
