Bukhara driver accumulates 145 radar violations with changed plate (video)

In the Vobkent district of Bukhara, a driver was caught on radar 145 times after changing the license plate on his Mitsubishi car. This was reported by the regional Road Safety Department.
The driver, a resident of Vobkent, was found speeding and violating multiple traffic rules with a Russian license plate. Due to the repeated offenses, the car was put on the wanted list, and the total fines amounted to 89 million 147 thousand soums. The vehicle has been impounded.
Previously, it was reported that People's Artist of Uzbekistan Jenisbek Piyazov was caught on radar four times within 15 minutes in the Tashkent region. The Traffic Safety Department confirmed that his vehicle exceeded speed limits at different points along the D 012 highway, detected by both stationary and mobile radars.
