Man commits suicide after killing his wife in Bukhara

In the Bukhara region, a husband intentionally killed his wife before committing suicide. Hayot Shamsutdinov, the press secretary of the General Prosecutor's Office, informed QALAMPIR.UZ about this incident.
The incident occurred on July 30 of this year at approximately 21:16 in the Peshku district. A 27-year-old man, M.E., deliberately killed his wife and fled the scene.
As a result of swift search efforts, the body of M.E. was found in a field at a farm located in the "Chibogoni" neighborhood. He had committed suicide by hanging himself from a tree.
"In connection with this situation, a criminal case has been initiated under Article 97 (Intentional Murder) of the Criminal Code, Part 1," stated Hayot Shamsutdinov.
We remind you that earlier in Samarkand, a husband also stabbed and killed his wife.
