In Bukhara, a father who had been evading alimony payments for 11 years was found in his grandmother's house, according to the Enforcement Bureau.

The Gijduon Inter-District Court on civil cases noted that there is a document in favor of collecting alimony from the debtor, J.A., in the amount of 1/3 of his salary and other income for the maintenance of two children. According to the executive document, alimony payments were to be made monthly. However, since the debtor left his residence and failed to make the payments on time, a search warrant was issued for him.

It was reported that the debtor spent 11 years in the Russian Federation and, after returning, hid in his grandmother's apartment in the Gijduvon district. The debtor was found during an operation conducted by the investigation department and was handed over to the state executive for appropriate measures.

"As of June this year, the debtor's alimony debt was recalculated to 130.6 million soums. Relevant documents have been submitted to the appropriate court for consideration, and a 15-day administrative imprisonment was imposed," the report stated.

We remind you that earlier in Fergana, a father who had been evading alimony payments was found in a nightclub.
