Case was opened against a man who beat a 5-year-old kindergarten child in Bukhara

Earlier, in one of the kindergartens in the Bukhara region, it was reported that the father of a kindergarten student hit a boy who had fought with his son. Now, a case of administrative responsibility has been initiated against the man who hit the 5-year-old boy, according to the Children's Ombudsman.

It was reported that A.Yu. fought with another child, A.S., and as a result, A.S.'s father, H.F., hit A.Yu. in the face, causing injury. The forensic medical examination determined that the child sustained minor injuries.

Due to this incident, a case related to administrative responsibility was initiated against H.F. under Article 52, Part 2 of the Code of Administrative Responsibility (Slight physical injury). The case documents have been sent to the Olot district court for criminal cases.

It should be noted that in an earlier incident in Andijan, a kindergarten nurse first beat two children and then was beaten herself. Additionally, it was reported that a kindergarten nurse in Syrdarya, who massaged a child's foot, was dismissed from her position.
