Today, boxers from Uzbekistan can secure 2 medals at the Olympics

On the next day of the Olympic Games held in Paris, seven athletes from Uzbekistan will compete in various events.

Muzaffarbek Toraboyev in the men's division and Iriskhon Qurbonboyeva in the women's division will begin their participation in the judo competitions.

Boxers Ruslan Abdullayev and Lazizbek Mullojonov will participate in the quarter-final matches. Abdullaev, in the -63.5 kg category, will face Canadian White Sanford, while Mullojonov, in the -92 kg category, will compete against Brazilian Keno Machado. By winning their respective quarter-final matches, both boxers will secure Olympic bronze medals.

Academic rower Anna Prakaten will compete in the semi-finals today. Her rowing event, in which she will fight for a place in the final, is scheduled to begin at 12:30 PM Tashkent time.
