Videos circulating on social media show a 17-year-old girl carrying out vigilante violence against another minor in the Sverdlov district of Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan. The Sverdlov District Department of Internal Affairs has issued a statement regarding the incident.
According to reports, the girl who carried out the assault is 17 years old and was accompanied by two friends aged 19 and 17. All three were taken to the police department along with their parents.
The 19-year-old suspect has been placed in a temporary detention facility. The parents of the minors have also been held accountable for failing to properly supervise their children.
It is worth noting that earlier, a similar incident involving vigilante violence against underage girls was reported in Bukhara.
