“Bakhti Tashkentsky” is imprisoned for 15 days

Bakhtiyor Zafarovich Kudratillayev, also known as "Bakhti Tashkentsky," has been sentenced to 15 days in prison. The press service of the Tashkent City Court informed QALAMPIR.UZ about this development.


On November 28 of this year, at 9:45 p.m., Bakhtiyor Kudratillayev was in the corridor and yard of house 37, Khokhinur Street, Yakkasaray district, Tashkent city, shouting at the employees of the Internal Affairs Bodies in a public place. He deliberately violated the rules of conduct in society, disturbing the peace of citizens. Additionally, he did not comply with the legal requirements of the employees of the Internal Affairs Bodies to clarify his identity by entering the building of the Internal Affairs Department.


During the court session, the offender, Kudratillayev, claimed that he was taken from his house while he was at home without admitting his crime and requested the court to consider the case fairly.


According to the court's verdict, Bakhtiyor Kudratillayev was found to have committed administrative offenses as stipulated in Article 183 and Part 1 of Article 194 of the Code of Administrative Responsibility, resulting in a sentence of 15 days of administrative imprisonment.


It is worth noting that on December 2 of this year, the General Directorate of Internal Affairs of Tashkent city announced comprehensive preventive measures to improve the criminal situation in Tashkent city. Following this announcement, Saidaziz Saidaliyev, known as "Saidaziz medgorodok," Bakhtiyor Kudratillayev, known as "Bakhti Tashkentsky," Dilshad Tulkinovich Sharipov, and Anvar Babarajabovich Mirzakhanov were arrested.


"Bakhti Tashkentsky" is suspected of offenses under Article 165 (Extortion) of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Part 3, Clause "a" - involving large amounts of extortion, and Article 276 (Narcotic drugs, their analogues, or psychotropic substances without the purpose of transfer, illegal preparation, possession, storage, and other actions) part 2, item "a" - possession of a large amount of narcotic drugs.
