Drivers clash over parking spots in Andijan (video)

Reports have circulated on social media that drivers in Andijan city clashed over parking spots at the Autoshok station. The regional Department of Internal Affairs has provided an official statement regarding the incident.
It was confirmed that on November 5, at approximately 15:35, in the Uzbegim neighborhood of Andijan city, on Amir Temur Street near the Autoshok station, a dispute arose between two drivers providing paid passenger services on the Andijan–Kokand route. The altercation involved 33-year-old A.Kh., a resident of Asaka district, and 32-year-old O.Kh., a resident of Kokand city, Fergana region. No other individuals were harmed during the incident.
According to the authorities, preliminary investigations were conducted by the Andijan City Internal Affairs Department. An official report was filed against O.Kh. under Article 183 of the Code of Administrative Liability, and the Andijan City Criminal Court sentenced him to 15 days of administrative detention.
It should be noted that earlier in Fergana region, a 38-year-old man was fatally struck with a stone following a dispute over access to a garden.
