Abdulla Aripov visits China

Abdulla Aripov, the Prime Minister of Uzbekistan, recently traveled to China. According to Bekzod Hidoyatov, the Prime Minister's press secretary, this visit was officially confirmed.

Today, June 25, during his visit to Urumqi, China, Aripov conducted bilateral meetings. He met with Oqilbek Japarov, Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Kyrgyz Republic and Head of the Presidential Administration, as well as Ma Xinjui, a member of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and secretary of the Party Committee of Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region.

The eighth international "China-Eurasia" EXPO is scheduled to take place in Urumqi from June 26-30 this year. Participants include the Prime Minister of Kyrgyzstan, the Deputy Prime Minister of Kazakhstan, and representatives from over 40 foreign governments who will attend as special guests.

In March, Prime Minister Abdulla Aripov had a meeting in Tashkent with Erkin Tuniyaz, Chairman of the People's Government of Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region.
