Young people with two years of experience can gain admission to HEI with a company recommendation

In Uzbekistan, young people with professional qualifications and at least two years of experience are now eligible for university admission based on a contractual agreement recommended by their company. This policy was announced today, June 28, during a video conference on youth policy and dialogue chaired by President Shavkat Mirziyoyev.

It has been noted that the subjects taught in the first and second years of university are now integrated with technical schools.

Students who successfully complete the first and second years of technical school will receive a diploma that aligns with the appropriate level of international classification.

These students are then given the opportunity to continue their studies from the second or third year of university under a contract.

Additionally, a unified online platform will be established for laboratories affiliated with universities, ministries, and enterprises.

This platform will provide detailed information on the equipment available in each laboratory, the types of tests they can perform, and their operational capacities.

Furthermore, equipment, components, and chemicals required for young scientists' research will be exempt from duty fees.
