17 judges were appointed

On October 2, the Supreme Council of Judges held its latest session in the form of an open competition for the selection and appointment of judges. During the session, the Council made 17 appointments, according to the press service of the Supreme Council of Judges.

Among several matters within the Council’s jurisdiction, the appointment of a group of graduates from the Higher School of Judges for their first five-year term as judges was discussed. A corresponding decision was made, based on an alternative selection process.

According to the decision, the following appointments were made:

Akmal Akbarovich Tuychiev - Appointed to the position of judge of the Samarkand City Court on Criminal Cases (Samarkand region) for his first five-year term.

Mekhrojiddin Saidalievich Tursunov - Appointed to the position of judge of the Yangihayot District Court on Criminal Cases (Tashkent city) for his first five-year term.

Laylo Panjiyevna Yakhshiboeva - Appointed to the position of judge of the Uchtepa District Court on Criminal Cases (Tashkent city) for her first five-year term.

Shavkat Khusanovich Baisariev - Appointed to the position of judge of the Khojaabad District Court on Criminal Cases (Andijan region) for his first five-year term.

Khusan Rakhmatullaevich Kayumov - Appointed to the position of judge of the Yashnabad District Court on Criminal Cases (Tashkent city) for his first five-year term.

Rustam Khatamovich Karaboev - Appointed as the chairman of the Shirin City Court on Criminal Cases (Syrdarya region) for his first five-year term.

Shokhsanam Gairatjonovna Raimova - Appointed to the position of judge of the Asaka District Court on Criminal Cases (Andijan region) for her first five-year term.

Nazokat Abdukaharovna Gapporova - Appointed to the position of judge of the Izboskan Inter-District Court on Civil Cases (Andijan region) for her first five-year term.

Zainabkhan Tajiddinovna Urinova - Appointed to the position of judge of the Uchkurgan Inter-District Court on Civil Cases (Namangan region) for her first five-year term.

Ravshankhan Isroilkhujaevich Khoshimkhojaev - Appointed to the position of judge of the Namangan Inter-District Administrative Court (Namangan region) for his first five-year term.

Dilfuza Ilyasovna Kochkarova - Appointed to the position of judge of the Zangiota Inter-District Court on Civil Cases (Tashkent region) for her first five-year term.

Furkat Rajab Ugli Muzaffarov - Appointed as the chairman of the Gallaorol Inter-District Economic Court (Jizzakh region) for his first five-year term.

Zafar Abdukayumovich Yusupov - Appointed to the position of judge of the Kasbi Inter-District Economic Court (Kashkadarya region) for his first five-year term.

Hayot Giyozovich Rizaev - Appointed to the position of judge of the Karshi Inter-District Economic Court (Kashkadarya region) for his first five-year term.

Abbos Panjikulovich Doniyorov - Appointed to the position of judge of the Karshi Inter-District Administrative Court (Kashkadarya region) for his first five-year term.

Sherali Rakhmatovich Mustafakulov - Appointed to the position of judge of the Termiz Inter-District Administrative Court (Surkhandarya region) for his first five-year term.

Abdusamad Abdumajitovich Abdurasulov - Appointed to the position of judge of the Tashkent Inter-District Administrative Court for his first five-year term.

Earlier this year, the Supreme Council of Judges announced the early termination of 32 judges' mandates.
