New deputies appointed to Tashkent regional governor Zoyir Mirzayev

New deputy governors were appointed to Tashkent regional governor Zoyir Mirzayev on June 8, the regional administration’s press service reported.

According to the report, Ruslan Rustamovich Kunarov was appointed deputy governor of Tashkent region for the development of industrial enterprises.

It should be noted that this position was introduced specifically for Tashkent region, unlike other regions, under a relevant presidential resolution.

Kunarov was born in Jizzakh region in 1986. He specializes in taxation and tax administration.

Before his appointment, he worked as an adviser on production issues at the BIO KORM private enterprise in Yangiyul district.

Jahongir Anvarjonovich Mamajonov was also appointed deputy governor of Tashkent region and head of the Investment, Industry and Trade Department.

Mamajonov was born in Andijan region in 1978. He specializes in finance and economics, as well as international economic relations.

Before his appointment, he served as chief executive officer of JM Group companies in the United States.

Earlier, two deputy governors were appointed in Andijan region.
