Flooding hits Jizzakh region

Mudflows have occurred in the Sharof Rashidov district of the Jizzakh region, according to Uzhydromet.
According to the report, at 08:45 on February 13, rainfall in the district caused mudflow streams of approximately 1.0–1.5 m³/s to pass through a stream flowing from the Nonasangil village in the Ravot mahalla citizens’ assembly. The mudflows also crossed a автомобиль road.
No casualties or damage have been reported so far.
Earlier, avalanches were reported at the Qamchiq Pass in the Pop district of Namangan region.
