WBA updates rankings: Six Uzbek fighters make the list

The World Boxing Association (WBA) has released its updated rankings for professional boxers, featuring six Uzbek fighters. The Professional Boxing Federation of Uzbekistan reported this update.
According to the latest rankings, there were no major changes for Uzbek boxers, except for Hasanboy Dusmatov, who dropped one position.
Uzbek Boxers in the WBA Rankings:
- Hasanboy Dusmatov (Minimumweight): 2nd place (previously 1st)
- Murodjon Akhmadaliev (Super Bantamweight): Interim Champion
- Otabek Kholmatov (Featherweight): 4th place (unchanged)
- Shahram Giyasov (Super Lightweight): 1st place (unchanged)
- Isroil Madrimov (Super Welterweight): 4th place (unchanged)
- Bektemir Melikuziev (Super Middleweight): 3rd place (unchanged)
Earlier, it was reported that Murodjon Akhmadaliev’s potential opponent, Japanese boxer Naoya Inoue, is set to return to the ring for his next fight.
