The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan, Bakhtiyor Saidov, conveyed Uzbekistan's willingness to assist Kyrgyzstan in addressing the incident at the Bishkek thermal power plant during a phone call with Kyrgyz Foreign Minister Jeenbek Kulubaev.
Saidov, acting on President Shavkat Mirziyoyev's instructions, assured that Uzbekistan is prepared to extend necessary aid to Kyrgyzstan in response to the Bishkek thermal power station accident. Specifically, Uzbekistan will provide liquefied gas cylinders, delivering them from Andijan to Osh.
Expressing sincere gratitude, Kulubaev acknowledged the assistance from the Uzbek side.
It's worth noting that the incident at the Bishkek thermal power station occurred on February 2.
