A minor Uzbek citizen who was fraudulently invited to Turkey and found herself in a difficult situation was returned on April 14 of this year. This was reported by the Consulate General in Istanbul.
It turned out that the girl named S.S., who lost her parents early, went to Istanbul without the consent of her legal guardians to study at a Turkish university. She got in touch with a person named A.D., who was studying in Turkey, on the recommendation of an Uzbek acquaintance.
A woman who suffered domestic violence in Russia was returned to Uzbekistan with her children
After arriving in Turkey, S.S. was met by A.D. and pressured her into prostitution. If she resisted, he threatened to hand her over to local criminal groups. Realizing that her life was in danger, the girl turned to representatives of the Uzbek diaspora for help. The activists took her to the Consulate General, where the citizen's condition was considered in accordance with the established procedure. Work has been organized to take appropriate measures against the persons involved in this situation.
The girl was received by the National Agency for Social Protection, and measures are currently being taken to return her to her family environment.
It should be recalled that yesterday, on April 15, a minor girl who was deprived of parental care in Turkey was returned to Uzbekistan.
