According to the company, as part of the project, the station’s entrance and exit areas will be expanded. Four modern high-capacity elevators will be installed for all groups of the population, including elderly citizens, people with disabilities and families with children. In addition, 12 extra turnstiles are planned to be installed to further improve the quality of passenger service.
In this regard, in order to carry out reconstruction work safely and properly, Chinor metro station will be temporarily closed to passengers for 50 days starting June 13 this year, until August 1.
The company said the reconstruction work is based on instructions given by Deputy Prime Minister Ochilboy Ramatov during meeting No. 25 held at the Cabinet of Ministers on April 30, 2026.
