On May 20, a Cobalt car fell into a canal in the Denov district of the Surkhandarya region. The incident was reported by the Ministry of Emergency Situations.
According to the report, the Emergency Management Agency received information that a Cobalt car had fallen into the Hazarbagh canal, which flows through the Istiklol Yulduzi mahalla of Denov district, due to driver negligence.
Rescue teams from the Emergency Management Agency promptly arrived at the scene. Using special equipment and tools, they successfully removed the vehicle from the canal.
Fortunately, no injuries were reported as a result of the incident.
It is worth noting that in a similar incident earlier, a Gentra car fell into a canal in the Yangi Namangan district of the Namangan region. In that case, the driver climbed on top of the submerged vehicle to ensure his safety.
