Uzbek man hospitalized after suffering 90% burns in Russia fire

A citizen of Uzbekistan was hospitalized with critical injuries after a fire broke out in an abandoned building in the Vsevolod district of the Leningrad region, Russia. The individual suffered 90 percent burns and is currently in intensive care, according to a report from "78.ru."
The incident occurred on December 15 at 10:55 p.m. on Chekalov Street, when a fire engulfed an abandoned house covering an area of 50 square meters. The fire was fully extinguished by 12:54 a.m.
Fire and rescue units from the Leningrad region responded to the scene, and an ambulance crew found a 39-year-old Uzbek citizen inside the burning building. The man was immediately transported to Vsevolod Hospital.
Doctors diagnosed third-degree burns on several parts of his body, with a total of 90 percent of his skin affected. He was admitted to the intensive care unit in critical condition.
This tragic event follows a recent incident in which five citizens of Uzbekistan died in a road accident in the Ulyanovsk region of Russia.
