Teachers in Uzbekistan are no longer required to pay state duty when seeking court intervention. Amendments to the Law "On State Duty" have been implemented to reflect this change.
The exemption from state duty for educators in Civil Courts is specifically applicable to cases involving the safeguarding of their honor, dignity, and professional reputation during the course of their professional duties.
Furthermore, teachers are not obligated to pay state duty when initiating legal proceedings in administrative courts against unlawful decisions made by state entities that infringe upon the rights of educators during their professional engagements, including actions or inactions by their officials.
