A renowned journalist from Bukhara, Bakhtiyor Asadov, has passed away. The Union of Journalists of Uzbekistan confirmed this news.
Bakhtiyor Asadov, a prominent figure in Bukhara journalism, passed away at the age of 65. He completed his journalism studies at Tashkent State University.
Throughout his career, Asadov served as both a reporter and editor for various newspapers and magazines. He also held the position of head of the Bukhara branch of the Union of Journalists.
It's worth noting that a local journalist from the "Taftish.uz" news agency was previously attacked at a café in the Shofirkon district of the Bukhara region.
