Khurshid Qoraboev was appointed as a deputy governor of Tashkent region

The deputy for agriculture and water management has been appointed to the Governor of Tashkent Region, Zoyir Mirzaev. This news was reported by the press service of the Tashkent regional administration.

Khurshid Abduvahobovich Qoraboev has been appointed as the First Deputy Governor for Agriculture and Water Management. 

Born in 1987 in Parkent district, Qoraboev is a graduate of Tashkent State University of Economics. He has held various leadership roles in the Ministry of Agriculture and most recently served as the head of the Department for Supporting Entrepreneurship in the Agricultural Sector at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Uzbekistan.

His appointment follows the dismissal of Botir Alimbekov, who previously held the position. Alimbekov was relieved of his duties due to his inability to capitalize on the agricultural potential of the Tashkent region and for failing to effectively utilize established systems.
