A mishap occurred in the Jizzakh region, involving five cars, as reported by the information service of the Department of Traffic Road Service of the Department of Internal Affairs of Jizzakh.
On January 15 at 06:50, on the M-39 international road in the Samarkand-Tashkent direction, a Nexia car came to a halt due to road freezing in the Sharaf Rashidov district. Subsequently, a Howo truck, traveling ahead, collided with the stationary Nexia, leading to a fire.
The DES fire department responded to extinguish the fire. To expedite the process, the unit stopped on that section of the road and attempted to douse the flames on the car situated on the opposite side.
Simultaneously, Nexia and Nexia-3 cars approaching the scene collided with the fire truck.
Fortunately, there were no serious injuries in the incident. The Department of Traffic Road Safety Service of the Department of Internal Affairs of Sharof Rashidov district is currently investigating the matter.
