The people who argued and fought at a gas station were arrested

6966The court verdict was read out to the participants of the fight that occurred in December 2022 at a gas station in the Yangihayot district of Tashkent.
According to the documents, two defendants punched the victim, and another defendant stabbed the citizen in the neck. The defendants, born in 1994, 1992 and 1994, had argued with other customers at the station in order to fill their car with gas. Soon after, another driver arrived at the station tried to calm the tense situation. The 3 defendants hit and injured him.
Speaking about the situation, the victim said that he went to the station to fill his friend’s car with gas, saw the guys fighting there and tried to separate them.
“They jumped at me. They dragged me around and put a knife to my neck. The 3rd person also came from behind me and threw a knife at me. The knife went into my jacket pocket and ripped it. My nose was broken. There is a lawsuit against the defendants,” he said.
One of the defendants was accused of violating Article 277, Part 2, Clauses “b” and “v” of the Criminal Code (by a group of persons displaying a cold weapon or objects (as weapons) that can actually cause injury to a person’s health) and injure them. He was found to have committed the crime provided for in “committing bullying by threatening or using violence”.
According to Article 59, Part 8 and Article 61, he was deprived of the right to drive vehicles for 1 year, sentenced to 1 year and 1 month of imprisonment and imprisoned in the courtroom itself. The remaining 2 defendants were sentenced to imprisonment for 6 months.
