Uzbekistan announces starting lineup against Turkmenistan

On September 2, Uzbekistan will face Turkmenistan in Group A of the CAFA Nations Cup 2025 at the Olimpiya Stadium in Tashkent. The Uzbekistan national team lineup for the match has been officially announced.
A total of eight national teams are participating in the CAFA Nations Cup 2025, with matches being held in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, and Dushanbe, Tajikistan.
The teams that finish first in each group will advance to the final, scheduled for September 8.
The match between Uzbekistan and Turkmenistan is set to kick off at 19:30. Uzbekistan will play its next Group A match against Kyrgyzstan on September 5.
So far, Uzbekistan has played one match against Oman, which took place on August 30 at the Olimpiya Stadium and ended in a 1:1 draw.
It is worth noting that Uzbekistan national team defender Abdukodir Khusanov will miss the CAFA Nations Cup due to injury.
