Uzbek bodybuilders become world champions

The 14th World Bodybuilding and Fitness Championship recently took place in Wonju, South Korea, where three representatives from Uzbekistan secured impressive victories, earning gold medals. This achievement was reported by the QALAMPIR.UZ source.

Ibrahim Latipov excelled in the -85 kg weight class, while Shokhrukhmirzo Ergashev emerged victorious in the athlete-physicist category. The competition featured over 650 athletes from approximately fifty countries around the world.

Bakhshulla Saifullayev, the coach of the Uzbek athletes, also demonstrated excellence by securing the first place in the bodybuilding master category at the World Championship.

Prior to this success, Saifullayev had claimed a gold medal among 15 competitors in the master bodybuilding category during the 55th Asian Championship held in Kathmandu, Nepal, in September. This championship attracted participants from over 25 countries.
