Uzbek drivers face entry ban issues at Kazakhstan border  

Citizens of Uzbekistan are currently experiencing difficulties entering Kazakhstan due to restrictions at border crossings with Russia and Uzbekistan. This was reported by the Ministry of Transport.

According to the ministry, the entry ban was imposed on drivers who were previously fined for traffic violations committed in Kazakhstan.

"Once these individuals pay their fines through the 'state services' section of Kazakhstan’s Kaspi Bank online system, relevant authorities will begin the process of lifting the imposed ban," the statement noted.

It is worth recalling that earlier, Uzbek citizens working in various regions of Kazakhstan were advised not to rely on unreliable vehicles and drivers when returning home.
