A vaccine against the “Omicron” strain was brought to Uzbekistan.  This was reported by the Ministry of Health.

It is noted that within the COVAX program, 875,520 doses of Pfizer vaccine against subvariants B.A.4 and B.A.5 of the “omicron” strain of COVID-19 were brought to Uzbekistan for the first time.

These drugs are now used in the prevention of new versions that have become dominant among the population, and are a ready-made diluted vaccine.

For information, a total of 75,670,234 doses of vaccine have been used in Uzbekistan.
