The most expensive pilaf was sold in Tashkent city, where one portion cost 34,500 sums. Bukhara (32,800 sums) and Khorezm region (30,900 sums) followed in terms of price. The cheapest soup was also sold in the Namangan region, where one serving cost 22,100 sums.
