After the resignation of Rasul Kusherboyev, the deputy of the Legislative Chamber of the Oliy Majlis, a member of the Liberal Democratic Party of Uzbekistan faction, the People’s Deputies of the city of Tashkent announced that Nuriddin Zaynitdinov, a deputy from the Liberal Democratic Party of Uzbekistan of the Ukhtepa District Council, also ended his parliamentary career of his own will.

“Don’t talk!  Shut up!  Do not interfere!  How long will we hear about this?!  What is left for the MP to talk about?  If this is not allowed now...” said the deputy of the local council who wrote about his support for Kusheboyev.

He informed the deputies that there is resistance.

“I condemn the situation with our friend, MP Rasul Kusherboyev.  How long will there be opposition towards the deputies to keep their mouths shut and deliberately express their position?  I fully support Rasul Kusherboyev,” he said on his Telegram page.

He also explained with the example of his experience that it is difficult to work as a deputy in the current conditions.

“Being a deputy, you cannot work in conditions where you cannot do the job safely and freely.  In 2022, no action was taken against those responsible for pressures and illegal actions against me 2-3 times.

They even harassed and pressured my family and relatives.  I also decided to resign from the local council.  This decision was a matter of time.  There was agreement on both good and bad things.  I regret that I made such a decision, it was not easy,” Nuriddin Zaynitdinov wrote.

It should be recalled that earlier we reported that Rasul Kusherboyev had completed his work as a deputy, and this is due to the fact that his opinions were not being listened to and were not being taken into account.
