In Uzbekistan, the payment for service in the mobilization call-up reserve will be increased. According to the decree issued by the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan titled "On Increasing Wages, Pensions, and Allowances," the minimum wage will be raised to 1,155,000 soums, effective from September 1, 2024.

The mobilization call-up reserve contribution is set at seven times the minimum wage. Therefore, from September 1, the payment for a month of military service will amount to 8,085,000 soums, up from the current payment of 7,350,000 soums.

For reference, mobilization payments can be made either as a one-time payment or in installments over one year, depending on the agreement between the parties. The financial contributions enlisted individuals make are deposited into the Ministry of Defense's special account, "Mobilization Call Reserve Funds." These funds are used to pay allowances to conscripts, strengthen the Ministry’s material and technical base, and support reserve servicemen called up for mobilization. Citizens are eligible for recruitment until the age of 27.

It should be noted that the increase in wages, pensions, and allowances in Uzbekistan was previously reported.
