Uzbekistan U-17 World Cup opponents revealed

The draw for the FIFA U-17 World Cup was held today, May 21. Uzbekistan’s U-17 national team was placed in Group E.
Following the draw ceremony in Zurich, Uzbekistan’s youth team was drawn into the same group as Italy, Jamaica and Côte d’Ivoire.
The U-17 World Cup will take place in Qatar from November 19 to December 13 this year.
For reference, starting in 2025, the FIFA U-17 World Cup became an annual tournament. The first four editions of the competition will be held in Qatar. At the 2025 tournament, Uzbekistan’s U-17 team, led by Islom Ismoilov, ended its campaign in the round of 16 after losing to Italy.
