A new chairman of the WKF Karate Federation of Uzbekistan was elected

Rashid Azatovich Tolipov was elected as the new chairman of the WKF Karate Federation of Uzbekistan. The press service of the Ministry of Sports reports that the decision was made at the report-election conference of the federation.

Before that, Rashid Tolipov worked in the Cabinet of Ministers' Secretariat for Education, Health and Sports, and before that he worked in various positions in the field of sports.

At the meeting, Rashid Tolipov called on everyone to unite in the organization of upcoming major competitions, including the Asian Championship among adults, which will be held in Tashkent in December this year.

Also, during the meeting, the issue of reorganizing the leadership of the federation and the Executive Committee was discussed.

Alam Mullayev, Bakhtiyor Nigmatullayev, Anvar Muhamedov, Saparmurod Djiyemurotov, Ilhom Mamadaliyev, Burkhan Rahmonov and Dilnoza Bakirova, who worked as the head of the federation until now, and Farrukh Tashkentbayev, who previously served as the executive director of the federation, were elected as the general secretary of the federation.

Also, during the event, the members of the Executive Committee were formed, and the new charter of the organization was approved.
