What happened to the boy with bruised eye from Urgut? The Children's Ombudsman provided further details regarding the video circulating on social media, allegedly showing the child being beaten by his father.

As per reports, a child born in 2017 from the "Yukori Qalangar" neighborhood area in Urgut district was taken by his father to the central hospital of Urgut on October 30 due to facial and eye injuries.

A court-ordered medical examination on November 3 revealed that the child had sustained injuries from a hard, blunt object. However, initially, no signs of a crime were found during the investigation, leading to the rejection of a criminal case under Clause 2 of Article 83 of the Criminal Code.

Subsequently, after a review by the Children's Ombudsman and the Prosecutor General's Office, the decision was overturned on December 12. The case was referred to the Investigation Department of the District DIA for further scrutiny. A psychologist interviewed the child during a preliminary examination, shedding light on the situation.

The ombudsman disclosed that on October 29, the boy had run in front of a store near his father's house and fell on the pavement, resulting in a bleeding nose and facial bruising. A shopkeeper, who witnessed the incident, confirmed that the boy fell while being chased by animals.

The Children's Ombudsman assured continued monitoring of the situation.

It's important to note that previous reports had suggested the child arrived at kindergarten with facial and eye injuries, purportedly from being beaten by his father.
