The FIFA U-17 World Cup will take place in Qatar from November 5 to 27, 2025. The announcement was made by FIFA President Gianni Infantino via the organization's official website.
The tournament will feature the top 8 teams from Asia, who will secure their spots through the Asian Cup, set to be held in Saudi Arabia in April 2025.
Uzbekistan’s national U-17 team will also compete in the Asian Cup. Uzbek youth teams have previously achieved success at the continental level. Notably, in 2012, the team coached by Dilshod Nuraliev won the Asian Cup in this age category.
