The President of Turkmenistan, Serdar Berdimuhamedov, has also arrived to participate in the 16th summit of the Economic Cooperation Organization, which will be held in Tashkent, the capital of Uzbekistan. At Tashkent International Airport, he was welcomed by the Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Abdulla Aripov, and other officials. After a brief conversation, the high-ranking guest departed for his residence.


Let us remind you that the President of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev, the President of Iran, Ibrahim Raisi, the President of Kyrgyzstan, Sadir Japarov, the President of Tajikistan, Emomali Rahman, and the President of Turkey, Rajab Tayyip Erdogan, will also participate in this summit, chaired by the President of Uzbekistan, Shavkat Mirziyoyev. Prime Minister of Kazakhstan, Alikhan Smailov, and the head of the interim government of Pakistan, Anwar ul-Haq Kakar, have also arrived in Tashkent. Additionally, Ersin Tatar, the President of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC), which is only recognized by Turkey, has also come to Uzbekistan to participate in the summit.
