Uzbekistan's Turabek Habibullaev, who entered the ring at the boxing matches of the 2024 Summer Olympics hosted by France, fought against the Cuban two-time Olympic champion Arlen Lopez and was defeated. With this, he missed the semifinals and exited the Olympics.

In the men's +92 kg boxing quarter-finals of the Olympic Games, Bahodir Jalolov from Uzbekistan fought against Teremoana Junior from Australia and also reached the semifinals.

It is reported that Alisher Yusupov, who previously represented Uzbekistan in judo competitions, won the bronze medal after defeating Japan's Saito Tatsuro by ippon in the match for 3rd place.
