Reaction to the incident of the woman who died in the maternity ward is given

Previously, it was reported that a 32-year-old pregnant woman passed away in the maternity ward of Ohangaron City Medical Association, prompting a response from the Ministry of Health.

It was determined that on April 3rd of this year at 02:45, X.A., born in 1992, succumbed while experiencing abdominal and back pain, upon admission to the maternity department of Ohangaron City Medical Association, diagnosed with "Pregnancy 4, 39 weeks gestation, 1 period of 3 labors, latent phase, obesity 3 degree". The patient was under medical observation.

By April 4 at 2:10 p.m., the woman's condition rapidly deteriorated, presenting difficulty in breathing and chest pain.

Subsequently, immediate resuscitation efforts were undertaken with the involvement of a resuscitator. However, at 2:35 p.m., the woman was pronounced biologically deceased.

Preliminary findings from the forensic examination attribute the patient's demise to ischemic heart disease, acute coronary insufficiency, hypertrophy of heart muscles, and acute myocardial infarction.

"The case is currently under investigation by law enforcement agencies. Further updates will be provided to the public upon conclusion," stated the ministry's official announcement.
