The International Football Federation (FIFA) has banned Moscow clubs CSKA and Khimki from registering new players until the summer of 2026. This was reported by the organization's official website.

The ban for CSKA will come into effect from November 14, and for Khimki from November 15. Both clubs will not be able to register new players in the next three transfer windows.

It turned out that CSKA could not transfer the remaining 3 million euros from the transfer of Nigerian Chidera Edjuke to the Dutch club Heerenveen in 2020 due to sanctions, and FIFA imposed sanctions on the "army players."

This transfer ban may also affect the transfer of Uzbek player Abbosbek Fayzullaev of the Moscow club to another European club.

It should be noted that it was previously reported that a Spanish championship club was interested in Fayzullaev.
