A fire occurred today, December 31, at a food preparation facility in the Chilonzor district of Tashkent, according to the capital's Emergency Situations Department.
The fire was reported to the Tashkent city Fire and Rescue Brigade at 07:38, with the incident taking place at a facility on Mukimiy Street in the Chilonzor district.
Firefighters arrived on the scene at 07:48, contained the fire by 07:51, and fully extinguished it by 07:54.
Fortunately, there were no injuries or fatalities reported. The cause of the fire and the extent of the damage are currently under investigation.
It is worth noting that this is not the first fire in the area; earlier, a fire broke out at a cafe in the Chilonzor district of Tashkent.
