Fire in the warehouse in Tashkent was extinguished (video)

Today, on August 24, a fire broke out in a warehouse in the Yangihayot district of Tashkent. The fire has since been extinguished, according to the Ministry of Emergency Situations.

Fire-rescue crews arrived at the scene in the warehouse of one of the production shops located on Yangi Darkhon Street, Yangihayot district, "Yangi Darkhan" Mahalla, at 09:48 a.m. The fire was contained by 11:07 a.m. and fully extinguished by 11:28 a.m.

"Approximately 5,000 square meters of warehouse space were saved. Nineteen fire extinguishers and other special equipment were involved in extinguishing the fire. There were no casualties or injuries," the report stated.

The cause of the fire and the extent of material damage are currently under investigation.

As a reminder, on September 28 of last year, a fire broke out in a warehouse belonging to "Inter Logistics" LLC in the "Kuruvchim" district of the Sergeli district in Tashkent. A 17-year-old boy was killed in the explosion.
