A man was arrested in the Almazar district of Tashkent for taking a 17-year-old girl to a hotel, engaging in inappropriate conduct, and causing minor injuries. QALAMPIR.UZ has reviewed the court decision.

According to court documents, the incident occurred on September 28 last year. A man identified as A.G., born in 1998, took a girl born in 2007, whom he knew, to a hotel in the Almazar district. According to a forensic medical examination, the girl suffered minor injuries.

During the trial on February 13 at the Almazar district court for criminal cases, A.G. admitted to the incident but claimed he was unaware of the girl's age and stated that she went to the hotel willingly. He asked for leniency, citing regret for his actions and his personal and financial circumstances.

The court found A.G. guilty under Article 411, Part 1 (inappropriate conduct) and Article 52, Part 2 (intentional infliction of minor bodily harm) of the Code of Administrative Responsibility. He was sentenced to 5 days of administrative detention and a fine of 750,000 soums, equivalent to 2 times the minimum wage.

Previously, in Tashkent, a man was imprisoned for inappropriate behavior with a schoolgirl, and in Ahangaran, another man received a 5-day sentence for a similar offense.
