It was noted that a basement of an apartment building in Tashkent was arbitrarily changed

It was found that the basement of a multi-storey building in Shaikhontohur district of Tashkent city was arbitrarily changed.  This was reported by the Press Service of the Ministry of Construction and Housing and Communal Economy of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

It is noted that the basement of the house “1-a” in Labzak district of the district was changed in violation of the relevant requirements.  The citizen changed the location of the supporting walls and communication networks of the building, deviating from the project documents.

“The supervisory inspection issued an administrative report against the violator in the appropriate manner, and an order was given to return the building to its original condition within 15 days.  It was also noted that additional studies will be carried out in connection with the situation,” the ministry said.

It should be recalled that in the Yangihayot district of Tashkent city, it was found that a house was built on the roof of a multi-storey building, and administrative measures were taken against them.
