Fire breaks out in apartment in Tashkent

A fire broke out today, March 31, in an apartment located inside a multi-storey residential building in Tashkent. The city’s Emergency Management Department reported the incident.
According to the report, the department received a call at 2:25 p.m. about a fire in one of the residential buildings on Jarqo‘rg‘on Street in the Yashnobod district. Rescue units were immediately dispatched to the scene. The fire was contained at 2:35 p.m. and fully extinguished at 2:41 p.m.
No injuries were reported as a result of the incident. Authorities are currently investigating the cause of the fire and assessing the amount of material damage.
It is worth noting that a fire had earlier broken out at a construction materials store in Tashkent.
