On December 10, news circulated on social networks reporting that a woman was injured when the bus moved before passengers could disembark. The incident was responded to by 'Toshshahartranskhizmat' JSC.
The incident occurred around 15:30 at the 'Universam station', Mingbulok street, in the Karasuv district, Mirzo Ulug'bek district. Reportedly, bus No. 50 (driver Sh.B.), heading towards 'Yunusabad District 9 Dahasi - Chingeldi Mahalla' under the jurisdiction of the '5-Avtobus Sarayi' branch, departed without allowing passengers to alight. Consequently, a passenger, T. M., who hadn't yet boarded, fell and sustained injuries.
"Emergency medical services were promptly summoned to the scene of the accident. The injured individual was transported to the RShTTYo center and provided with initial medical assistance. The diagnosis revealed slight injuries to the passenger's forehead and right arm," the report stated.
The Tashkent city DIA personnel are currently formalizing the traffic accident, while preliminary investigations and inquiries are ongoing.
It's worth noting that on November 29, another traffic accident involving a Mercedes-Benz bus and a MAN truck occurred in Tashkent, resulting in injuries to three bus passengers.
