Bus route adjustments announced due to construction works

A section of the KHAY road in the Shaykhantohur district of Tashkent—from the intersection of Beshkairogoch Street to the intersection of Beruniy Street—will be temporarily closed. This was announced by the Tashkent City Main Department of Transport.

The closure is due to construction and installation work. Traffic will be restricted from 15:00 on July 25, 2025, until 06:00 on July 28, 2025. As a result, several bus routes will operate on alternative streets in a temporarily modified order:

Bus route No. 34
Chilonzor metro station → Shifokorlar Tarcha:

• Diverted via Kokcha Darvoza – Nurafshon – Beruniy streets.
• Shifokorlar Tarcha → Chilonzor metro station: Unchanged.

Bus route No. 64
Union district → Pakhtakor metro station:

• Diverted via Nurafshon Street.
• Pakhtakor metro station → Birk District: Unchanged.

Bus route No. 87
Chilonzor 30-daha → Kara Kamysh 2/4 region:

• Diverted via Gate – Nurafshon – Beruniy streets.
• Return direction: Unchanged.

Bus route No. 116
Chilonzor flea market → Doctors' town:

• Diverted via Gate – Nurafshon – Beruniy streets.
• Return direction: Unchanged.

Bus route No. 131

Dustlik-2 area → Olympic Hotel:

• Diverted via Kokcha Darvoza – Nurafshon – Beruniy streets.
• Return direction: Unchanged.

Bus route No. 147
Chinni Bazaar → Chorsu Shopping Center (ASB):

• Diverted via Kokcha Darvoza – Nurafshon – Beruniy streets.
• Return direction: Unchanged.

The department advises passengers to use alternative routes during the temporary closure.

It should be noted that earlier, due to the replacement of hot water pipelines in the Sergeli district and repair works on Sogdiana Street, changes were also made to the schedules of bus routes No. 40, 143, and 184. Those adjustments are in effect from July 19 to August 18, 2025.
