9021In November of this year, it was reported that an 8th-grade student from general education school No. 99 in the Mirzo Ulugbek district of Tashkent city had died. A criminal case was initiated in connection with this incident, and the deputy director responsible for the school's economic affairs was arrested. Hayat Shamsutdinov, the press secretary of the General Prosecutor's Office, informed QALAMPIR.UZ about this development.
The incident at the general education school in Mirzo Ulugbek district is associated with violations of articles 186 (manufacturing, storage, transportation, or transfer of goods not meeting safety requirements) and 207 (negligence regarding the profession) of the Criminal Code. An investigation was launched as a result.
Hayat Shamsutdinov stated, 'The deputy director of the school for economic affairs was charged with Article 207, Part 3, Clause "a" of the Criminal Code and other articles. A precautionary measure in the form of 'detention' was applied.'
It's worth recalling that on November 27 of this year, around 6:15 p.m., Amirkhan Askar, son of Akromkhojaev, born in 2009 and residing at house 87, Chilol ota street, Yashnabad district, an 8th-grade student of general education school No. 99, Mirzo Ulugbek district, tragically fell on his head while leaving the sports field in the school's yard. He subsequently exhibited symptoms like foaming at the mouth, slight tremors, and then lost consciousness.
Approximately 15 minutes later, an ambulance transported him to Republican Cardiology Center No. 15. Despite medical interventions, Amirkhan Akromkhojaev passed away.
Based on the preliminary findings of the forensic examination, the cause of Amirkhan Akromkhojaev's death was attributed to 'electrical injury, electric arc poisoning, acute respiratory failure, brain and lung swelling, and an electric shock in the palm of the left hand.
