Three men and one woman died of alcohol poisoning in Tashkent

In the territory of Yashnabad district Tashkent, some citizens died as a result of the consumption of alcohol products that did not meet the health and safety requirements for consumers.  This was reported by the press secretary of the Prosecutor General’s Office Hayat Shamsutdinov.

On 8 October, Mr. Yanberdin R., 1986, a citizen who was taken to the city clinical hospital 4 from Yashnabad district on Karasuv Street, 29B, 47, died in the hospital.

In addition, citizens who consumed alcohol on 9 October and were taken to the city clinical hospital 4 with a diagnosis of «coma of unknown origin» were Chalchenko I. born 1980, Lukanin V. born 1957, G.R. and Dmitrieva T. born 1966.   G.R. died in hospital, despite the medical care provided.

Similarly, on 9 October, the toxicology department of RSTIM. showed that A.Gadelshina’s son Dmitrieva T.V. born in 1989, was brought in and diagnosed with "acute poisoning, in a coma of unknown etiology".

On 9 October, the District Prosecutor’s Office initiated criminal proceedings under article 186, para. 4, para. a» of the Criminal Code, a preliminary investigation is underway.
